K&B Sweet16 is intended to be your go to universal rub. Many companies have a dozen or more rub flavors but who has space in their spice cabinet. We understand.
When you use K&B Sweet16 you may want to consider adding additional ingredients, -ingredients most spice cabinets already have in them. Like onion powder, garlic powder or garlic salt. Experiment with your favorite flavors.
For instance, garlic salt and onion powder may kick it up a notch for gilled and BBQ pork. If you use garlic salt then you may not need to use table salt as we odinarily suggest.
Add fresh ingredients as well whenever possible if it suits you. Fresh thyme is a very versitile herb and goes well with grilled beef and chicken products.
How can this taste so good? Was it marinated overnight? -Maybe, but that's just Sweet16..!
